My name’s Hetty Feather – and this is my diary.

At the end of each day, once all the chores in Calendar Hall are done for the day and my boots and apron are off, I lie on my bed in the attic room I share with Sheila, and I write! No one ever sees my diary because these are my private thoughts and I’d only share them with friends who I trust and who truly understand. I hope it’s all right to share them with you?
