James Rank of the Bristol crew perches to take the perfect picture

The
Clipper yacht race has just restarted from Havana in Cuba with the
crews leaving behind them fond memories of battered old colonial buildings,
amazing old American cars and excellent Cuban hospitality.
The race started in unseasonal weather with high winds battering the
north coast of the Island, but providing the yachts with some exciting
racing in the early stages.
Armed with the latest digital cameras, the yachts are able to take
some spectacular pictures whilst at sea and we're very grateful to
them for the on board shots.
Thanks also to Alfredo Tedeschi, Vice Comodoro of the Club Nautico
at Marina Hemingway who is a Reuters camera man in his spare time.
