A
friend of mine is directing an upcoming film, and I was told I'd
be good for one of the main roles, so I have the audition coming
up - I'm so scared!
What
if someone better comes along and steals a part I've been rehearsing
for for about six months?! I'm gonna cry! I'm so excited though.
The film's called The Fifth Season, and I would explain it all,
but it takes waaaaay too long!! But if anyone's interested in
auditioning - the more the merrier! (It's a predominantly Asian
cast by the way - mostly Muslim characters), but it's going to
be so much fun.
Oh,
I also got my AS Level results a week ago, I got a 'C' in Media
Studies, I was hoping for a bit better considering I got an 'A'
for the practical project. For Film Studies, I had a really bad
year. Some people didn't have faith in me. HOWEVER, I got a 'C'
in that too so I'm very, very happy with that!
Unfortunately,
as I knew I would, I failed Sociology. I knew I would! I failed
every mock exam so unless I got a miracle it wasn't happening!
I just never enjoyed the subject really. I should have done Psychology
instead. This year I'm not taking any distractions, and I refuse
to let anybody influence my career decisions! Ha! Ha! Theatre
Studies here I come!
