Friday 13th - for some the unluckiest day of the year!

No one knows exactly where the superstitions around Friday 13th originally came from, but it’s a fear that has certainly hung around. Throughout history, both Friday and the number 13 have been associated with misfortune, so it may be that the combination of the two is thought to be especially potent. But the superstition isn't universal and some may even argue it doesn't deserve the bad reputation it has.
