At the Chauhan's, Rita tells Pradeep she thinks they should talk to Arun again to get to the bottom of what's been bothering him. Pradeep has only nipped home from the restaurant stall for a minute though, and when Roopa and Krishan rush in excited about going to the mela he makes Rita promise to leave Arun alone for now.
Jaggy is driving to the mela and he isn't looking forward to it. He tells Simran it's like doing community service and that he'd much rather be in London, staying in a posh hotel and going shopping!
At the mela, Roopa isn't having much success on her "heart throb" stall. She takes a picture of Sean to add to the contestants, then ropes him into helping her and promptly disappears - leaving him surrounded by giggling girls! Roopa goes to ask Nadia to do her make-up for Bop Idol - and finds her chasing Gary and Saj from the models' tent!
Back at the Chauhan's, Rita doesn't stick to her word, and upsets Arun again by mentioning the police. He storms off to do his set at the mela - where his music doesn't go down too well, although Kuljit and Sway are impressed. Even Mary tries to get Arun to talk, but she just makes things worse. Arun vents his anger at Pradeep when he sees him later and Pradeep apologises, saying he'd made Rita promise to leave him alone. Fat lot of good that did, says Arun - call yourself man of the house?
