Kuljit and Sway, two guys from London, race north along the motorway out of London, chased all the way by tough-guy Deano. They turn off to try and lose him, and Kuljit thinks he recognises where they are - it's the place where his Uncle Balvinder used to live. They decide to look for the school where Uncle Bal used to work, to see if he can help them out.
Meanwhile the Chauhan family get ready to go to the demolition of Priory Hill School near Silver Street. Kamla, the grandmother, decides to stay at home - she doesn't want to be seen to be supporting local businessman Mushtaq Jilani, and she admonishes Pradeep, her son-in-law, for going into work early to cook him a special meal. Kuljit and Sway pass the Chauhan's on their way to the school and ask them for directions, and further on they nearly run Mushtaq over in their van!
At the school, a group of demonstrators has gathered. Mushtaq gives a speech about the development plans, and Krishan Chauhan starts the countdown to the explosion. In the Chauhan house, Kamla is watching a film when she thinks she hears the rest of the family returning. She goes into the hallway and stumbles across some burglars, who leave her lying on the floor. Back at the demolition, Krishan pushes the plunger and blows up the school.
