Gary Rycroft: Claims management companies

On Morning Live on Friday 5th June, Gary Rycroft spoke about claims management companies coming under scrutiny for "aggressive marketing, misleading advertising and unfair exit fees".

Gary discusses how you can check whether the companies involved are legitimate and authorised by the relevant bodies. Claims Management Companies must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and you can check for the company details on the register by clicking here., external
