In pictures: Cardiff anti-war protest
A protest against a possible war with Iraq was held in Cardiff by local people on Thursday.
Passers-by in the city centre were asked to back the Not in my Name campaign, and show their opposition to any proposed conflict by signing a banner. The banner, complete with 300 signatures, is to be handed in to the Welsh Assembly. Group spokesperson Rabab Ghazoul said the group were community members who felt strongly about a possible war. "We were inviting other members of the community who feel the same to sign this banner," she said.
