Calls to adopt total smoking ban
Jersey's Acting Deputy Director of Public Health says the island should follow Guernsey's lead in banning smoking from all public places.

Guernsey has agreed to ban smoking in all enclosed public places. Jersey's government is set to consider banning smoking from places which serve food.

Steve Harvey says he would like to see a ban in as many places as possible.

"As a public health professional, I think the greater the restrictions the better it is," he said.
