Seeking approval for new homes
Building site
Jersey's planning authorities will consider the application
Another St Helier hotel could be converted into flats, if Jersey's planning authorities agree.

Developers, Dandara, have applied to knock down the Hotel Rex on St Saviour's Road.

The hotel caters for up to 110 guests but could be making way for more than 100 homes.

Dandara wants to build 96 studio flats, two two-bedroom town houses and five two-bedroom apartments. The plan also includes 40 parking spaces.
