Extra costs will be passed on to passengers

Airline company Flybe has hit out at a decision by Guernsey States to withdraw subsidies at the island's airport.
Flybe's Channel Island's General Manager, Ian Taylor, warns the charges will be passed on to customers.
"This is actually a very significant amount," he said. "And it has big implications, we feel, for passengers travelling in and out of Guernsey."
He claims the end of a subsidy for air travel of £800,000 every year will increase costs by £2 per passenger.
Mr Taylor says the proposal to increase charges come at a time when airports in the UK and Europe are trying to drive down costs and make them more commercially viable.
