Senior politicians in Guernsey are to be called to account over how they deal with complaints from the public.
Ministers from 10 States departments will have to give evidence to the island's first open scrutiny hearings.
The public hearings, to be held over three days, form part of an investigation by the Scrutiny Committee into how departments handle grievances.
It will also examine the options available to people wanting to challenge decisions.
The committee was set up last year in an effort to make the States more accountable to the people.
