Objects sought for 1204 display
Historical artefacts are being sought for an exhibition to celebrate 800 years of the Bailiwick's independence.

Parishioners in the Vale are being asked to take historical objects to the Vale Douzaine.

The Vale parish wants to put on a display which will tell local history through the lives of families who have lived there.

The Vale Douzaine 1204 working party would like to meet any Vale residents who have a story to tell.

A meeting was held on Friday where people found out how the memories and memorabilia would fit into the 1204 celebrations in Guernsey.
