Customers trigger phone book changes
Jersey telephone directory
More than 80,000 copies of the phone directory are being sent out
Thousands of Jersey residents will receive new telephone directories which have been updated and improved following customer feedback.

More than 80,000 copies of Jersey Telecom's new phone book are being distributed with amended indexing and enhanced maps.

Independent market research indicated customers wanted the island's telephone directories to offer clearer indexing and more travel information, such as Jersey's principal bus routes.

Jersey Telecom said it had produced this year's phone book as a direct result of customer feedback.

Jersey Telecom head of marketing Rosemary Parker said all customers should get their books by 7 April.

Freefone number 0800 735 2309 has been set up for customer enquiries.
