Pundits are predicting a turnout of less than 25%

The polls in Jersey's Senatorial by-election have opened to elect a new senator to replace Ann Bailhache.
The candidates are Harry Cole, Geno Gouveia, Alastair Layzell, Iain MacFirbhisigh and Ted Vibert.
Political analyst Adrian Lee said it was unlikely there would be a high turnout.
He said: "Despite the effort all candidates have put in, and despite things like the high turnout at the St Helier hustings the other night, and despite all the publicity, turnout is unlikely, I think, to exceed that at previous by-elections.
"Historically it's been very low - we've had turnouts of 25% for example.
"We could be proved wrong, but the omens are not good."
