China 'faces most difficult year'

China's Premier Wen Jiabao has said the country faces the most difficult year this century because of the economic crisis.

Speaking at the opening session of parliament, Mr Wen also outlined a $585bn (£413bn) investment programme to stimulate the Chinese economy.
