Death penalty sought over 9/11

The man accused of masterminding the 9/11 attacks in America is to stand trial in New York.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be transferred to the States along with four other men from the military detention centre at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.

US Attorney General, Eric Holder, says he wants prosecutors to seek the death penalty for all five 9/11 suspects, who will be tried in front of a civilian jury in New York.
