Cuba is 'willing to talk to US'

Cuban President Raul Castro has said he is willing to talk to Washington about everything, including human rights, political prisoners and press freedom.

It follows overtures from US President Barack Obama, including the lifting of travel restrictions.

Michael Voss reports from Havana.
