Reports from Lesotho say the last of the South African and Botswanan troops sent into the country following internal unrest late last year have now been withdrawn.
A convoy of thirty military vehicles carrying at one thousand soldiers have driven out of the capital, Maseru.
They had formed part of a three thousand strong intervention force sent by the southern African regional organisation, SADC, to quell unrest in Lesotho following clashes and an army mutiny.
