Re-run of Nigerian state election

The people of the southern Nigerian state of Rivers have been voting in a re-run of last week's election for state governor.
The electoral commission ordered the new poll after several districts were found to have used incorrectballot papers.
The state elections are part of the current military government's plan to return Nigeria to civilian rule in May.
Parliamentary and presidential elections are due to take place next month.
