Iraq dossier 'weapons' wording was unclear

The wording of a dossier which said Iraq could deploy weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes was unclear, the former head of the Joint Intelligence Committee has said.

Sir John Scarlett told the Iraq Inquiry use of the word "weapons" rather than "munitions" made the 2002 dossier open to misinterpretation.
