Can you cut it?

The shadow chancellor George Osborne is due to make his keynote speech to the Conservative conference in Manchester.

He is expected to outline how the party plan to make savings in public spending to reduce the gaping hole in the government's budget.

So where could cuts be made?

The BBC's Rajini Vaidyanathan asked two people used to makings cuts on a regular basis what they would do.
