'Reform expenses system' - Miliband

The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change has said the MPs' expenses system needs to be reformed.

Ed Miliband MP told Andrew Marr that politicians had received a ''wake-up call'' but said it was wrong to judge individual cases.
