Tony Blair poses the '2010 question' to the Iraq inquiry

The '2010 question' is as important as the 'March 2003 question', Tony Blair has told the Iraq inquiry.

He said that people needed to consider what the position would be today if the threat of military pressure had been withdrawn from Iraq.
