Special report: Hijack at Stansted
An Afghan airliner, carrying more than 150 passengers, was hijacked during an internal flight on 6 February and flown to Stansted Airport, near London. After four days of tense negotiations, all the hostages were finally released. At least 60 claimed political asylum in the UK.
