Many of you wanted to ask him about the recent revelations of abuse in Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison.
US COMMANDER IN IRAQ
Abuse of Iraqi prisoners also dominated this Talking Point, with the deputy director of coalition operations in Iraq, Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt.
The conversation also touched on the handover of power to an interim government and the worsening security situation.
IRAQ'S HOSTAGE CRISIS
Former negotiator and hostage, Terry Waite, took part in an emotional edition of Talking Point, which went out as British Engineer Ken Bigley was being held captive in Iraq.

D-DAY ANNIVERSARY
2004 marked the 60th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
Operation Overlord constituted the largest combined sea, land and air operation in history with 150, 000 allied troops landing on the beaches of Normandy to begin the long-awaited liberation of Europe.
