Bristol's WBC super-middleweight champion Glenn Catley has been offered £150,000 to defend his title against Birmingham's Robert McCracken.
The offer has been made to the Catley camp by McCracken's promoter, Panos Eliades.
"They have offered Catley £150,000 - which is very good money these days," McCracken said. "He is not going to get that sort of money off anyone else. "It is the kind of money that no-one can afford to turn down and I am hoping that he will say 'yes'. "I am pretty sure that I could beat him but the biggest problem will be getting him into the ring." Catley won the title by stopping Germany's Markus Beyer in Frankfurt in May.
