The council is planning new schools for the county

Clackmannanshire Council has agreed a council tax increase of 1.9% for the year ahead, it has been confirmed.
The new level will bring an increase of £21 a year for someone with a property in the Band D bracket.
The increase includes funds set aside for the county's three new secondary schools, to be built through PPP.
Announcing the agreement, council leader Margaret Paterson said: "I am pleased that we have been able to keep council tax increases at a minimum."
Clackmannanshire said its spending would amount to more than £92m over the next year.
The council said it was also facing added costs, including additional contributions to police and fire and rescue services, and meeting equal pay legislation.
