The football scheme has been hailed a success

A scheme to get Aberdeen youths playing football has seen anti-social behaviour substituted with sport, police claim.
Complaints in the Dyce area have fallen by almost 70% since the Streetfootball project kicked off last month to try to stop teenagers drinking alcohol.
Grampian Police put a portable football pitch in the car park at the local Asda after concerns were raised about young people gathering outside the store.
A typical Friday night can now see up to 50 boys and girls using the pitch.
There had been concerns expressed about youth behaviour by Asda staff and customers.
