Nursery nurses began all-out action three months ago

Nursery nurses in Edinburgh are voting on whether to accept a new pay deal and end their strike.
The ballot follows talks earlier this week involving the trade union, Unison, the city council and the arbitration service Acas.
Twenty-three out of Scotland's 32 local councils have reached agreements with staff, who began an all-out strike 12 weeks ago.
Unison wanted a national settlement to the dispute, which began in June 2003.
Staff staged a series of two and three-day stoppages before taking all-out action.
Nursery nurses demonstrating outside council offices in Glasgow said they would not be affected by any settlement in Edinburgh.
Nurses in the capital have been given details of a revised pay offer made by the city council and will be ballotted over the next week.
