World poverty talks collapse
The famine-struck Ethiopian village of Dambala
UN talks on world poverty reduction have collapsed without agreement after two weeks.

Most of the delegates have blamed the US for failing to discuss the impact of its heavy farm subsidies on the export markets - and economies - of developing countries.

The Minister for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Margaret Beckett, speaks live to PM.
