Improved rights for Europe's 500 million consumers are being set up by the European Parliament. The
Consumer Rights Directive
will strengthen refund and return regulations and protect customers from hidden costs and internet fraud. If you want to find out about the new rules, or you're frustrated by poor service, hidden costs or small print, why not ask our team for advice? What are your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or break down? How long should your purchase take to arrive? Do different rules apply if you shop online, by phone or with a catalogue?
