Can Crimea be the next Riviera?

The Crimean coastline in Ukraine has long been a getaway destination for Russian tourists attracted by sun, sea and sand but now there are hopes of attracting more visitors from further afield.

And as Rajan Datar reports from the port of Sevastopol the controversial presence of Russia's Black Sea Fleet is a tourist draw in itself.
