Dubai lures tourists with cut price Ramadan deals

The city of Dubai has probably been one of the hardest hit by the global financial crisis - with seven star hotels massively discounting rates and construction slowing down.

So with their traditionally slower summer coming to an end, could Ramadan be a good time for tourists to bag a bargain and visit the so-called city on steroids?
