Coffin of the Queen Mother
Sunday 7th April 2002

With tens of thousands of people continuing to queue to pay their respects to the Queen Mother, Sir David Frost spoke to the former Prime Minister Sir Edward Heath and veteran actor Sir John Mills, who paid warm tribute to her, and the Dean of Westminster, Dr Wesley Carr, who is to conduct the funeral service.

The other story which has dominated the news this weekend is the unrest in the Middle East, and Sir David spoke to the former Israeli prime minister of Israel, Binyamin Netanyahu, who insisted that Israel must complete its operations in the West Bank to neutralise the threat posed by suicide bombers.

Sir Ronnie Flanagan also joined David, to give his first television interview since stepping down as the chief constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
