This morning Sir David Frost spoke to: Plaid Cymru's Ieuan Wyn Jones on the postponement of the general election to June; Brigadier Alex Birtwistle on the army's measures to eradicate foot-and-mouth in Cumbria; London Transport Commissioner Bob Kiley on attempts to to revitalise London's Underground system; Botswanan President Festus Mogae on the need for diamonds and democracy in his country and finally Shadow Chancellor Michael Portillo on the government's handling of foot-and-mouth and the postponement of the general election. Reviewing the papers today were TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson and former spin doctor to the Chancellor, Charlie Wheelan.
