Co-habitation
The Law Commission is due to publish a report and recommendations on the law regarding co-habiting couples. At present in England and Wales they do not share the same rights as married couples.

Chichester Festival Theatre is staging Harold Brighouse's classic Hobson's Choice from 27 July as part of the Chichester Festival. John Savident, best known for playing Fred Elliot in Corrie, plays Henry Horatio Hobson, the overbearing small-town shoemaker.
