Shots fired during armed robbery
Two armed men have robbed a bank in a retail park in County Antrim.

The incident happened at about 1100 BST on Friday when the men entered the Northern Bank in the Abbeygate shopping centre.

One of the men, armed with a handgun, discharged a shot while his accomplice vaulted the counter and stole a sum of money.

The robbers escaped in a waiting red mazda 323 driven by a third man, which was later recovered at Navaarra Place, Whitewell road.
