Luciano Pavarotti has cancelled a Three Tenors concert in Mexico after contracting laryngitis.
Pavarotti pulled out of Saturday's show in Monterrey after a doctor told him to rest his voice for at least 10 days.
But the event, for 50,000 fans, will go ahead with the other two singers - Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras.
Pavarotti recently cancelled a Dublin performance because of a throat infection and has postponed two UK concerts to have neck surgery.
The 69-year-old opera star is currently on an extensive farewell tour.
