Destiny's Child to sing together
Destiny's Child
The band members have been working on solo projects
Destiny's Child are to perform together for the first time in nearly two years in the US this autumn.

The R&B singers will perform new songs from their forthcoming album before a live audience on 12 September.

Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams all took a break from performing as a group in 2002, to pursue solo projects.

The trio will reunite to perform on the television game show Play for a Billion in Los Angeles.

Knowles, whose debut solo album scooped five Grammy awards, said: "We are really looking forward to getting back on stage and performing together as a group."

The new album from Destiny's Child is scheduled for release in November.
