Andre takes 'worst' music award
Peter Andre
Andre's is back in the limelight after I'm a Celebrity...
Singer Peter Andre has been "honoured" for his outstandingly bad contribution to music at the Naomi Awards, a cheeky alternative to the Brit Awards.

Atomic Kitten were named worst British group, while Gareth Gates won worst British single for Spirit in the Sky.

Other "winners" included Kym Marsh (worst British female) and David Sneddon for worst British album.

Andre recently came third in the ITV hit I'm a Celebrity. The awards are run by digital channel Music Choice.

Former Five member Abs received the title of worst male, while Daniel Bedingfield was given the "special" award for worst British attempt at rock for I Can't Read You.

And it was a double win for The Cheeky Girls - worst international group and worst international album for Party Time.

Young group Blazin' Squad were named least convincing urban act.
