The Kittens' new single The Tide Is High (Get The Feeling) has entered the charts at number one, pushing the 10-strong all-male east London outfit into second place.

New at five is south London rapper and singer Ms Dynamite with Dy-Na-Mi-Tee.

Another new entry in the top 10 comes from Nickelback, whose Too Bad comes in at number nine.

There are three more new entries in the top 20 - from Enrique Iglesias, 3SL and Mint Royale.

Meanwhile Canadian singer Celine Dion has slipped from 17 to 26 in her second week in the charts with I'm Alive.

Coldplay have stormed the top of the album charts with A Rush Of Blood To The Head, which has received rave reviews in the music press.

Sugababes have entered the charts at number two with Angels With Dirty Faces, pushing Eva Cassidy's Imagine down to three.

There is another new entry at four, Songs For The Deaf from Queens Of The Stone Age.

Daniel Bedingfield's debut album, Gotta Get Thru This, charts at number 13.
