The literary works of best-selling author Robert Ludlum, including The Bourne Identity, are to be transformed into computer games.
Vivendi Universal Games has signed a long-term deal to develop and publish games based on the books.
The author, who died in 2001, has sold more than 290 million books worldwide.
A number of Ludlum's novels have been turned in movies, including the successful Bourne Identity and its sequel The Bourne Supremacy.

A third movie starring Matt Damon as Jason Bourne is set for release in 2007.
Among Ludlum's novels which are expected to be turned into multi-platform games include the Covert One and Bourne series.
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to launch a new line of games inspired by some of the most exciting spy-action franchises ever created," said Bruce Hack, chief executive of VU Games.
