A 71-year-old man has been jailed and banned from a West Yorkshire town for 10 years.
Claude Kramer is thought to be one of the oldest people in the country to receive an anti-social behaviour order.
Leeds Crown Court heard how Kramer had threatened a person who made statements against him in eviction proceedings.
He was convicted of intimidation and affray and sentenced to 21 months in prison. He was banned from being in Pontefract until 2014.
The court was told that Kramer, who previously lived at Blackburn Court in the town, had a history of threats and violence towards neighbours.
Speaking after the hearing, Wakefield Council's housing chief Kevin Dodd said he was pleased Kramer had been banned from the town.
