Hart fell asleep at the wheel

The Land Rover driver who caused the Selby rail disaster is about to be released from jail, relatives of those killed have been told.
Gary Hart has served half his five-year sentence for causing 10 deaths by dangerous driving.
Hart's vehicle left the M62 in North Yorkshire, derailing one train into the path of another when he fell asleep.
The sister of a man who died in the accident says she is "heartbroken" about the decision to release Hart.
Judith Cairncross, whose brother Raymond Robson from Whitley Bay, Tyneside, was killed, says she has been told by letter Hart is to be freed in July.
Asleep at the wheel
Hart, from Lincolnshire, was convicted in December 2001. At his trial, the court heard he fallen asleep at the wheel after spending the previous night talking on the phone to a woman he met on the internet.
Ms Cairncross said: "Gary Hart has devastated our lives.
"To know that he is going to be out and about is heartbreaking. It brings back all our memories.

"Yes, he was sentenced under British justice, but it just doesn't seem fair.
"He's served two-and-a-half years of his five-year sentence, but five years isn't enough for what he's done."
She also spoke of her frustration that Hart continues to protest his innocence.
She said: "It would be nice if just once he admitted what he's done. That would probably make us all feel a lot better.
