Robert Dunne died from a single wound

The mother of a Middlesbrough man killed with a samurai sword has vowed to get bladed weapons banned in the UK.
Thirty-one-year-old father Robert Dunne was murdered in January 2003.
Jason Kelly, who was 19, was jailed for life after pleading guilty to murdering Mr Dunne with the 12-inch blade he kept at his home in Middlesbrough.
Barbara Dunne has launched a nationwide campaign to have combat blades banned and urged anyone who owns an assault knife or samurai sword to hand them in.
A judge at Teesside Crown Court sentenced Kelly to life, with a recommendation he serve at least eight years.

Regardless of how nice you think they look as ornaments they are dangerous and they are taking lives

Mr Dunne died from a single blow from the sword, which punctured his heart.
Mrs Dunne said: "I am going to keep going on and on with this because I don't want anyone else to suffer the injuries - to have no chance at all to live after being stabbed the way that Robert was.
"I am not just doing this for my son or his child, I am doing it for everybody."
Mrs Dunne said she will take her petition, calling for the weapons to be banned, to Downing Street and hand it in herself.
