Dead police officers remembered
A memorial service will be held in Staffordshire for police officers who have died on duty.

The service will be held at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas on Sunday.

More than 100 relatives of those officers who have died on duty are expected to attend and take part in a one-minute silence.

There will also be a roll of honour at the service, which has been organised by the Care of Police Survivors.

The event will take place at the Beat, an area of the Arboretum dedicated to the police service.
