Decision expected on library
A decision is due on whether a library can re-open after a safety scare.

Leek Library, in Staffordshire, was closed and the surrounding area cordoned off on Thursday after fears that a chimney had moved.

Engineers at the Victorian listed building have been working to make the brick structure stable and councillors will make a decision on Sunday.

It is thought the age of the building and problems with the way it was built could have caused the movement.
