A cannabis factory which police estimate could have produced drugs worth £40,000 a year has been uncovered in Oxfordshire.
About 300 cannabis plants were seized by police who raided a house in the Cutteslowe, Oxford, on Tuesday morning.
Southern Electric estimated thousands of pounds of electricity was illegally bypassing a meter into the house.
A woman, aged in her 20s, was arrested at the scene and is being questioned by police officers.
Pc Leigh Thompson, of Thames Valley Police, said: "We estimate this house could have produced cannabis at street value of some £40,000 a year.
