The burglar who was shot by the Norfolk farmer Tony Martin is back in custody after allegedly breaching the terms of his parole.
Brendon Fearon, 33, appeared at Newark Magistrates Court in Nottinghamshire on Thursday.
During proceedings, magistrates were told the Home Office had ordered his recall to Lincoln Prison on his licence.
Fearon had been at Ranby jail in Nottinghamshire but was released in July.
In August 1999 he was shot in the legs and groin at Tony Martin's Norfolk home.
In the same incident 16-year-old Fred Barras was shot and killed.
Martin was released from jail earlier this year after serving two-thirds of a five-year sentence for teenager's manslaughter.
